Engage – Jason Forrest

engage |enˈgāj|: establish a meaningful contact or connection with a prospect… so you’re not eliminated.

In today’s market, prospects are in elimination mode on their first visit to a sales office. Research states that 70% of prospects never return to the sales office for a second look.

At the same time, there are two types of salespeople out there: Those that engage in the sales process and those that react.

Lastly, we have some of the lowest consumer confidence in history. This creates a perfect storm for NO SALES!

Learn how to be the sales professional that engages mentally and physically so this doesn’t happen to you!

Jason Forrest, the author of Creating Urgency in a Non-Urgent Housing Market and 40 Day Sales Dare for New Home Sales will teach you the vital behaviors and beliefs to remove customer indecision.

Come learn how to ENGAGE so that your customers choose you over the competition.

This program is generously sponsored by Stewart Title.

One third of all Americans today are minorities and by 2050 they will be the majority – are you getting your share of this business? This huge group presents a tremendous opportunity that can be missed if you are not specially trained on how to meet the unique needs of Hispanics, Blacks, Asians, Middle Easterners and others. The average new home salesperson and real estate agent says they will sell an additional 8.5 homes a year as a result of the techniques they get from Michael Lee’s programs – and you’re probably not average!

Would knowing this increase your sales?
• Adjusting advertising to attract multicultural customers.
• Why many don’t want a salesperson or agent from their own culture.
• Why some cultures continue to negotiate after the contract is signed.
• How to build rapport with multicultural customers.
• Stressing home features that appeal to particular groups.
• How cultural beliefs impact new and resale home sales.
• Successfully negotiating with people from other cultures.
• Obtaining referrals from multicultural customers.
• How to detect buying signs in people who show no body language.
• Why multicultural people have difficulty adapting to American customs.
• Basics of Asian “Feng Shui”.
• Understanding Asian Indian “Vastu Shastra”.

What Would Houdini Do?

What Would Houdini Do? is a fun and insightful keynote presentation that applies Houdini’s most inspired solutions to today’s challenging problems and difficult situations faced by sales people. Learn how the Great Illusionist would crack the most common, but seemingly unsolvable, obstacles … and how, by thinking like a magician, sales people can overcome major barriers to close the deal. John Palumbo, author, publisher, speaker, and Houdini enthusiast, has produced this thought provoking program and cleverly turns Houdini’s mysterious world into valuable lessons on dealing with perspective buyers, co-workers, demanding bosses, and any market condition.

How much easier would it be to tackle your everyday problems if you used the solution-oriented mindset of a magician? What Would Houdini Do? is a must attend program for anyone wishing to benefit from the advice of one of history’s most famous magicians.
